Yes, all of our projects require an up-front deposit, and then payments are due at project milestones, such as the delivery of initial concepts. For logos, one-page sites, infographics and whitepapers, 50% is due to begin, then 25% when we deliver the initial designs, then 25% when we deliver the final low-resolution designs for approval. We hand off the full-resolution files after the final payment is received. UI, app and custom design projects will have milestones defined once you provide us with all the requirements and we agree on a budget.
